Quartus Pro license generated from self-service center seems not be recognized by Quartus

Hi,

I generated the license from self-serve center and specified the path to license.dat file in the Quartus license set up. However, when I try to create a new project, I get the following error. I checked the NIC id in the file, matches the one on computer.

"A license file is required to enable compilation of your design for the family of devices. Visit the Licensing Center section of the Intel FPGA website to request a license."
