Quartus prime lite

Could you please tell if we can use QuartusPrime lite edition in commercial environment(organisation)

As long as your code can fit in the limitations of the lite package (I believe it's based on number of lines of source code and restricts you from using newer parts or the fancy IP), then you can use lite on any project.

I used it in the past with a previous design at another company.

I suggest you try it and see if it works.
