Quartus Prime Lite OpenCL Licensing

The link below says that the OpenCL SDK is available on the free Quartus Prime Lite Edition, but that it requires an additional license: https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/...

Hello,

I just hit a wall with my new AtlasSoC board - exactly the SAME problem. I'm trying to find a OpenCL SDK license to use with Quartus Prime Lite.

Terasic says they can't sell it to me and Altera forwards me to my distributor (Mouser). They have to think about it. Really?

Did anybody find a solution for how to get up and running with the DE0 AtlasSoC board and OpenCL? After all, I DID receive a BSP for that board from Terasic, so it's only the license holding me back...
