quartus prime cannot prepare an design template

I am download an example from https://fpgacloud.intel.com/devstore/platform/18.1std.1/Standard/generic-serial-flash-interface-and-nios-ii-booting/ When i open then design template ,I get a error...

I try a different destination directory and used "/"instead of "\", then get a same ERRO.

Are you using the correct version of Quartus? Templates are version specific as noted on the download page for this.
