Quartus Low run speed in window xp 64bit than window xp 32bit&window 7 64bit

Dear all,

I found quartus2 software runs very low in Windows xp 64bit system, but it runs well in Windows xp 32bit and Windows 7 64bit? Do you have the experience about that? What is the root cause? Thanks.
