Quartus Lite 13.1.4 missing from download page

Hi

Cannot find Quartus 13 for Windows.

According to ADV2011, support for Cyclone III parts with Quartus Lite Edition versions 13.1.4 and 13.0 SP1 will remain available.

Any access to https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/?edition=lite with 13.anything jumps
to the Product Discontinuation Notice.

We need the software to support continuing projects using Cyclone III parts.
