Quartus Lite 11.0sp1 Installer

I want to write up a design for a Stratix II, but the last version to support that device family is 11.0sp1 whose download is no longer available on the site.

Would anyone be able to provide me with an installer or redirect me to some legal archive for older versions of Quartus Lite that I may have overlooked?

    As noted, you should use 13.0sp1 which is still available for download.
