Quartus Internal Error

Could someone please let me know what this error is i have tried to add the ddr2 uniphy files to my project

    Can you provide your qar file so I can reproduce your error?

    To generate a qar file, go to Project->Archive Project..

    Can you also let me know which version of Quartus you're using and on which machine OS?
