Quartus ii web edition download

I'm a college student and ​due to covid 19, campus is closed. To continue my work for my class which involves de2 cyclone board I need that software but I'm having trouble finding it since I'm not in the fgpa program. Any help on finding it would be appreciated.

      This requires you to be part of the FGPA group which requires you to be a business contact.​

    No. Anybody can download the software. Why do you think this?

      I figured it out. It basically had me sign in two different times for some reasons. It would take me to a fgpa page saying I needed to be part of the fgpa program.​

    Hi,

    I'm trying to download the Quartus II Web Edition 13.1 (last one that supports my Cyclone III Dev Board) for Linux, but the web page / javascript contains errors and the download won't start

    The web page I'm referring to is hosted here

    Could someone from Intel please fix that?!
