Quartus II web edition and Quartus II lite edition license

Does both Quartus II web edition and Quartus II lite edition are license free? Can I use Quartus II web edition or Quartus II lite edition on commercial environment? Thanks.

Hi KFC,

They both are free you can use them. You may refer to below link comparison of Quartus, and from there you can decide want to use it as commercial or not.
