Quartus II subscription edition license

Hi,

I have install quartus II 9.1 subscription edition free 30 day trial version. When i start quartus it will ask for license. I have asked for license by giving NIC card number on altera license site but it gives message in mail that NIC card number is not in their database. How to get the license file?.

One more question:I have install previously quartus II 9.1 web edition but in that it doesn't show me the option to genrate waveform(.vwf) file.If i want to simulate and want to show simulation result on web edition how can i do?. Both i have installed on linux.
