Quartus II Prime(18.1) Lite sticking during Analysis&Synthesis

Hi everyone, I've worked with Quartus II Prime(18.1) Lite without any problem until yesterday. Now, the SW has stuck at Analysis&Synthesis stage for 5-6 minutes and then I get an attached message....
