Quartus II Licence lasting terms and IPs / contact

Hello,

we'd like to purchase a Quartus II licence.

We'd like to know if you sell licences for more than one year or perpetual.

What's included in a one year licence (support / update / ...)?

For a one year licence, is it just the support that lasts one year or is it for Quartus too??

We have an old version of Quartus and some IPs bought sopme time ago. Are we allowed to re-use the IP with a new version of Quartus?
