Quartus II compilation process turns off PC (windows 7)

Hello, Sometimes the PC is turn off when quartus (14.0, web edition) entry to the fitter stage during compilation. Any suggestion to fix this problem? Thank you

I've had that happen as well. In my case it turned out to be overheating due to a loose heat sink. The pc shut off to avoid cooking the CPU.
