The only difference between can and can't installed is the taskbar height. 2 row = can't installed, program freeze / not responding during installation 1 row = no problem detected. how come such problem exist? is it the installer bug? or is it my computer problem (but i just fresh installed my OS few days ago)??Honored ContributorSounds like a bug.
