Quartus II can't perform modelsim-altra simulation

I installed the Quartus II web edition and the altra-modelsim is automatically installed. However, when I try to run the RTL level simulation, I got the following message: "Can't run the altra-modelsimsoftware ... " (PLease see the attached). Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

    You need to tell Quartus (EDA tool options) where the Modelsim files are located.

    Yes, I need to setup the route for Quartus to know where to find Modelsim-altera. Thanks
