Quartus II 8.0sp1 Web Edition　のライセンス取得について

Quartus II 8.0sp1 Web Edition　のライセンス取得についてお教えください。 ライセンスが切れライセンス手続きを試みましたが、どうしても出来ませんでした。 供給会社がアルテラからインテルに変わっていせいか、ライセンス手続きのWeb窓が見つかりません。
