Quartus II 20.1 does not find USB Blaster I (download cable)

I know the USB Blaster Windows driver has an expired digital certificate. Thus it will not install or function with Quartus 20.1 Lite. I have applied the Intel 22012709245 patch, but DPinst.exe sti...

    Hi Aiman,

    Here is the error message I get as well as pictures of the driver states.

    Also, I tried the tips from the link you provided. None of them worked.

    I believe the problem is the expired driver certification. In the beginning of June I was able to use the USB Blaster with Quartus with no issues. Later, at the end of July when I tried to use the same USB Blaster with Quartus, the USB Blaster was not found and programming a FPGA no longer worked.
