Quartus II 17.0 programmer throws IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL at windows 10

Question

When I try to use use the programmer, my DE10-Lite turn the LEDS in a random way and after a moment I get a BSD saying IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Also, if I try to use the Control Panel it fails to connect the board when it starts and if I insist and click connect again I instataneously get the same BSD.

Curriously I have another computer with windows 10 installed and I never got this error.

Is there a solution for this?

Sounds like you should try reinstalling the USB Blaster driver.

I've already tried this several times. Am I doing it wrong?
