i am using Quartus II 13.1.4 ( Patches installed 4.30 , 4.47, 4.55) .In one of my project during Fitter it displays error as Quartus II Internal Error ( snap shot attached). can any body help.Thanks in advance. kaushal

Can you try with the latest Quartus II 15.0.2 to see if similar issue occurs? If yes, then as Tricky mentioned, you should file a service request to Altera to highlight this to see if there is any workaround.Honored ContributorJust to share that from Quartus II 13.1 to 15.0, there is a major change from Megawizard to IP Catalog. You might need to upgrade all your affected IPs before you can compile in 15.0.
Honored ContributorGenerally Quartus II internal Error would require patch from Altera to get around it. You can try search into KDB solutions to see if there is any existing patch. If not, highlight this to Altera to request for patch fix.
