Quartus ii - Pin Planner (Need Help!)

I accidentally close the bottom window, "all pins" and had tried tinkering with the settings but can't seem to make the window/panel reappear.. Can anyone guide me how to make the window/panel reappe...

I had clicked every single thing under the view menu but still can't seem to open the window I specified
