Quartus Crashing

I have been using quartus II for a while (EE student). Now it wont open on my laptop. After the blue-ish entry screen the process just crashes. No error message, nothing.

Was using Quartus II 8.? when this originally happened, tried:

• Repair Utility

• Uninstall, Reinstall

• Updating to 9sp2

Running on Winblows XPsp3, 1.6ghz, 2gb ram, EeePc..

Or should I say not running? >.<
