Quartus 7.2 web edition license failure

I got license file from the license generator platform but the program appear not to recognize it.

I checked twice NIC and other parameters and everything appear to be ok.

The same problem arise on different PC.

I read that @hueslei had similar issues, but he received a private workaround.

Could someone help ?
