Quartus 20.1.1 usb blaster install getting errors

I had the same issue with 20.1.1 Quartus-Lite.

I had an older version also installed on my machine - 18.1.0.625 Quartus-Lite. The drivers from that loaded without error. Yea. I used these drivers to program a TERASIC DE0-CV board.
