The linked table is vague on a question which is important to my customers: Does the web edition support Altera's soft memory controllers in Cyclone V? HMC in Cyclone V?

Is there a succinct list of which IP (or MegaCore functions) are fully licensed/supported in the WEB vs. SUBSCRIPTION editions of Quartus 2?
