quartus 2 oops!

Now the quartus 2 download page will oops! When the language is Taiwan

Thank for the feedback. It seems the issue occur with Quartus Pro version 21.4. I will feedback this to the internal team.

As a workaround, you can try to click the Quartus Pro version 21.3 download link and change it to the latest 21.4.
