Quartus 18.1 lite linux version doesn't start

hey everyone,

i had installed Quatus 18.1 lite version on my linux machine running deepin 15.9 (ubuntu 16.04 based distro) after installation, it just didn't start no errors no warnings, i've checked "create desktop shortcut" option but it seems to be not working. how chould i fix this
