Quartus 14.1 Availability

I need to download Quartus 14.1 SJ Full Version. I cannot update my design to later versions due to core issues. How can I get a copy of 14.1?

Intel has deprecated older version of Quartus so you couldn't download it. But, Quartus 13.0 and 13.0sp are available to download.
