Quartus 13.0 ModelSim Problem

Hi,

When attempting to run a simulation using ModelSim in the Simulation waveform editor, and running a functional simulation with the University Program VWF file (.vwf), the simulation waveform editor creates a popup which almost instantly closes, instead of creating an output waveform file which I expect to see. Is there any way around this? I am running Quartus 13.0 Web Edition

The EDA tool path for ModelSim-Altera has been set to D:\Quartus 13.0\modelsim_ase\win32aloem

    If your vwf file not working, I would recommend you to use modelsim. The setting that you chooice is correct, all you need is just run -> rtl simulation

    Try the gate simulation. Sometimes it works although the functional simulation doesnt work.
