Honored ContributorI found a problem using Quartus text editor: when using copy/paste with Ctrl+Ins/Shift+Ins, Quartus pastes several times instead of just a single paste. It happens when I copy/paste a word that found more than one time in a document. When using Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V everything works fine.

Honored ContributorI find that if I cut and paste a bunch of times using control C and Control V, then quickly type something. The tool will hang with a severely blocking thread and you need task manager to kill the program.
Also, I get a pesky "file was modified, would you like to reload it? blah blah" that pops up over and over again. Quartus 11.1 is a big step down, but I need it for cycloneIV GX part.Honored ContributorTurning off the highlight thing sounds like a good idea. I will try that.
