qsys script not working

Hey! I have generated a tcl script for qsys system from the platform designer to use it in another project. when I run the script, I got this error: Error:can't find package qsys exactly 21.4 ...

Can you try to delete qdb recompile and reinvoke tcl command, or alternatively create a brand new project and execute the script.
