Qsys - Synthesize Custom IP block in Synplify

Hi all,

I want to synthesize a specific Custom IP block with Synplify 2014.03 instead of Quartus II 13.1.4. The IP block is intiantiated in the Qsys project.

Can I just say Quartus, compile these IP block in Synplify??

    Hi I got it,

    just make an extra Synplify Projekt wich output is an .vqm file. Add this file in Quartus II to your file list. Set "Library" of the File to your Qsys project name, usually "soc_system". And remove the files from the .qip file "soc_system.qip" .

    Done!
