Programming issues with Quartus Web Edition ver. 9.0

I am using both types of the Byte Blaster cables (USB and Parallel Port).

When program Altera device EP3C120F780 with a .sof file, I can not select any other option except Program.

When program with the another Altera part with .pof file, I have no problem selecting various pre or post programming options.

I try to play with all the options under the Tools menu but no luck.

Would someone tell me how setup the tool to perform others option like verify, checksum, and so on.
