New ContributorYes; this problem seems to be spanning the entire fpgasoftware.intel.com subdomain. I have been trying to download some extra components for Quartus via https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/19.1/?edition=lite&lang=en, but the site is unreachable.

New ContributorGot the same problem, the whole download section is not reachable, is Intel aware of this problem? Hope they will fix it soon, I need a device install, its blocking me.
New ContributorAs of December 24, 2020, the intended target pages of the links on this topic do work again. As typed, the ones that are followed by commas mistake the comma as part of the URL, but aside from that, the website appears to now be working as intended:
