Problem with aocl install

Workaround

To avoid this error, apply following changes to the <OpenCL SDK Installation Path>/share/lib/perl/acl/Command.pm: lines 110 &111

Line 110: Replace isWindowsOS() ->acl::Env::is_windows()

Line 111: Replace mysystem_full({}, @cmd); -> system(@cmd);
