Prime PRO Design Space Explorer II

I'm trying to run DSE on my local machine using and I get the following error message and doesn't appear todo anythings?? Any idea why

    Hi Dave,


    You may need to disable window firewall and try to re-launch DSE.

      Hi,

      I have turned of the windows defender firewall, but still get the same error message. I have also tried DSE II on a machine running Linux and got the same message.

    Hi Dave,


    Alternative methods:

    1. Use newer/previous version of DSE from Quartus
    2. Reinstall DSE and Quartus and launch it again.
