powerplay dynamic power consumtion

hi all

I'm using QuartusII 15.1.0 lite Adition.

I have a small design of 1.5K LE at 50Mhz frequency.

when I ran PowerPlay the Core Dynamic power Dissipation always comes out 0mW.

is there any definitions I'm missing?
