Please help - problem in setting up triggers in stp

Hi experts

I need to use triggers in the stp while using quartus for design debugging. I know that I can open the gui and set triggers for any signal. But I want to automate this using some quartus command by which I can setup triggers in my stp file. Any help in this regard would be appreciated. I hope I have made the question clear.
