Pin Planner chances Pin automatically

Hi all I had a project with Quartus II and after synthesize i checked the pins in the .pin file. Some of the pins were chanced and had not the some positions as I selected in the Pin Planner. ...

no the pin planner is supposed to fix all the pins you define yourself.

You can check in the assignment editor that all the pins you placed in the pin planner is correctyl defined. Check also all the messages written by the fitter in the log and look for lines talking about unassigned I/O pins.
