pin number already assigned to a node

Hi, i try to use pin planner for the first time. I want to assign an output to a specific pin , however this is not possible because this pin is already assigned to a 'node' in the list. H...

Hi,

From you small image its hard to see but first 6 nodes are real nodes which comes from your top level file. Other nodes are marked in blue with ? are just location assigments and those nodes does not exist in your top level design file anymore. I am guesing you have taken existing design and deleted modules which you dont need and added your own? So nodes marked with blue ? can be deleted since those nodes does not exist in your design anymore.
