Open CV 3.0 <==> Altera OpenCL SDK

We are discussing OpenCL for possible use in an upcoming project that will be based upon the Cyclone V platform. OpenCV 3.0 appears (claims) to support OpenCV assuming appropriate drivers are available. So do we have the option of leveraging the Cyclone V FPGA via OpenCL using compiled OpenCV 3.0 code on the host (ARM) platform, and if so how does this work with the Altera OpenCL SDK? Or are the the SDK and OpenCV 3.0 mutually exclusive in terms of using for development? Thanks in advance - we are trying to round up all of our development options, and this will help us do that.
