One Shot Monostable Multivibrator block schematics

Question

How do I make a One Shot Monostable Multivibrator using quartus block schematics? I need to stop a logic high signal after 6 seconds, let me elaborate. I have a temp sensor that goes to "1" at a given temperature, I want to use this to start pump that goes for 5-6 seconds before it stops again, the issue I have is that after this given time the temperature sensores still remains at "1" when the container is empty.

I suggest you don't even consider trying to do this with a Quartus schematic. However, with verilog or VHDL it would all be relatively straightforward. Timers or counters are very easy to code up and easily triggered by external events, such as a logic input from a temperature sensor...
