Old permanent license not working with the new Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition 21.1

Question

Hi
We have an floating license for a few seats for  Intel Quartus Prime Pro  . I was sure the license is permanent but looks like with the new Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition 21.1 software it is not fully working. We do not see all FPGA families available in the software. Can I get a new license for the tool or maybe upgrade my Intel account to allow me to generate the license by myself?

Hi SDabe,

It is advisable to upgrade to the latest version of the Quartus Prime Design Software.

However if you must use certain specific version of software, you may follow this recommendation :
