Not possible to install MAX3000 in Quartus 13.0sp1

my own response.

I finally found solution after too many hours on this installation issue:

It's possible to uninstall one of individual components with Uninstalling Quartus application.

I did this by selecting component '/Device/Max II/V...' and I have installed again this family device and now it's ok.
