No supported - Cyclone V SoC with Quartus Prime lite edition v21.1

As mentioned in here, Quartus lite edition supports Cyclone V.

The CPU is recognized when I provide nios.sopcinfo in make "project and bsp project with template" wizard in Eclipse tools for NIOS II. But bsp project project making fails.

This works fine with v19.1 and v20.1. Have I missed some support drop notice?
