No programming files from Quartus 10.1

I just installed 10.1 Web Edition, compiled a simple program for a MAX V device (5M160Z), but get no programming files (.pof, .sof, etc). I tried installing a license (even though Altera says no license is required for web editions) but still no luck. What gives?

    I suspect that 10.1 did not have this feature enabled for the MAX V devices. So its not a web version versus subscription edition issue, its just the devices were too new at version 10.1.

    Install the latest version, i.e., 11.1sp1.
