Newly purchased Intel modelsim license. Cannot start lmgrd server

Hi,

We purchased a modelsim license, which is attached to my user account. When I try to launch lmgrd on win64, I see the following error:

What do we have to do to enable the feature?

Moreover, from my experimentation today, it seems lmgrd would not work within win64b's WSL2. That cause me to re-generate a new license with win64b's NID (the first one I tried WSL2's NID). Since we couldn't use the WSL2's NID license at all, can you please restore my "Available Rehost" count back to 3?

    Hi

    Thanks for update. Upon checking, there are still 2x rehost count tag to the license. You can still rehost your license 2x. Thus, no action taken. Do report back to us when you have used all the re-host count. We will help to reset it back. Thanks

    Hello,

    OK, we will keep this thread in our records, should the time comes to restore the rehost count.

    My original issue resolved itself, seemingly with no change on my part. After a weekend, and a windows reboot, lmgrd starts working.

    Please close this ticket.
