New project wizard does not work

After I run the New project wizard using Quartus prime lite edition, the quartus program does not work. I tried reinstalling it but it still doesn't work.

Can you let me know how this issue occurred; what steps did you take before this issue occurred?

It could be that your system does not meet the requirements of the Quartus software, you may refer to the following link and select your Quartus version accordingly: https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/requirements/20.1.1/
