Hi,

Try/check these in Quartus settings:

-Compilation process settings:

- use smart compilation

- physical synthesis optimizations: optimize for performance

- Analysis and synthesis settings: check timing-driven synthesis

- Fitter settings: optimize hold timing for all paths
