Need help simulating this file

Hello everyone,

I need some help simulating this tutorial file that I am practicing with. It is for a traffic light and I have put all the necessary modules in it. However, I need to know if I chose the correct device and what I am doing wrong to get it to simulate and give me different outputs when I change the inputs. Please see the attached zip folder. I think it has everything you will need to explain to me what I am either doing right or wrong.
